Troubleshooting Steps
Step 1: Record a No-Load Operation Video
Please record a short video of the treadmill running without anyone on it (no-load operation).
If the treadmill runs normally under no load, this indicates that the motor and electronic system are functioning correctly.
In this case, the issue is not related to the motor or control system.
Step 2: Check for Belt-to-Deck Friction
If abnormal noise is present, it is most likely caused by friction between the edge of the running belt and the running deck.
What to do:
Follow the instructions shown in the reference video
Adjust the running belt alignment accordingly
After adjustment, test the treadmill again to see if the noise is resolved
