W2 – E4 Error Code

The E4 error code usually indicates a poor or unstable connection in the motor power circuit. This is commonly caused by loose or improperly connected terminals.

Troubleshooting Steps

Safety Notice (Very Important)

Before starting any inspection:

• Unplug the power cord

• Wait at least 5 minutes before proceeding

This ensures your safety and allows the system to fully reset.

Step 1: Check Terminal Connections

• Carefully inspect all related terminals and connectors

• Make sure each connector is:

  • Fully inserted

  • Firmly connected

  • Not loose or misaligned

Loose terminals can interrupt motor power and trigger the E4 error.
