Important Notes
- The 14-day return period is calculated from the date of delivery.
- Returns sent without prior approval from YESOUL FITNESS customer service may not be accepted.
Returning Your YESOUL FITNESS Product
If you are not satisfied with your new YESOUL FITNESS product, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving the item.
Please note the following for non-quality-related returns:
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- We do not provide prepaid return labels
- A $100 restocking fee will be applied
If the product is defective, damaged due to quality issues, or incorrectly shipped due to our error, we will cover the return shipping cost or provide a return label after verification, and no restocking fee will be charged.
Note: Please provide relevant photos or videos showing the product defect or issue. If you are unable to provide valid evidence, your return will be processed under the standard “non-quality issue” return policy. We appreciate your understanding.
Additional Return Conditions
- No refunds will be issued for items returned after 14 days from delivery (except quality-related cases)
- Due to the large size and weight of fitness equipment, any additional shipping or delivery fees paid at checkout (if applicable) are non-refundable
Receiving Your YESOUL FITNESS Product or Accessories
To protect your rights and help ensure product condition, we strongly recommend recording an unboxing video when you receive your item.
Returned items must meet the following conditions:
- Must be returned in original packaging
- Must include manuals and charger/accessories
- Must be in like-new and unused condition
YESOUL FITNESS reserves the right to refuse a refund if the returned item is damaged, missing parts, or shows signs of use.
Returning Accessories
The following items are non-returnable once used, or if sold as discounted/promotional items:
- Shoes
- Water bottles
- Seat covers
- Yoga mats
- Heart rate monitors
- Massage guns
- TV sticks
Other accessories must be returned within 14 days of purchase and in original packaging.
Additional Terms
- YESOUL FITNESS is not responsible for packages lost in transit without valid tracking proof
- Refunds will only be issued to the original payment method
- Standard processing applies after the returned item is received and inspected
