2. If You Purchased Worry-Free Purchase (Seel Protection)
If your order includes Worry-Free Purchase, you may also file a claim directly with Seel.
How to file a claim:
- Check the email inbox used for your order
- Look for a policy email from Seel
- This email contains your policy ID and covered items
- Click “Report an issue” to access the claims center and follow the instructions

Then enter:
- Your email address
- Order number or policy ID

3. If Tracking Shows “Delivered” But You Did Not Receive It
If your tracking information shows that the package has been delivered but you have not received it, please check the following:
- Security cameras or doorbell recordings
- Family members, roommates, or neighbors who may have received it on your behalf
- Safe delivery locations such as porch, garage, or reception desk
4. Additional Information We May Need
To help investigate with the courier, please also provide:
- A photo of your front door or delivery location
- Any available delivery evidence such as camera footage
We will then contact the logistics provider to further investigate the case.
