1. Packaging damaged but product unopened:
Please take clear photos of all six sides of the package — especially the damaged area and the shipping label.
Then, carefully open the box and:
- Check whether all items listed in the user manual’s parts list are included
- Verify whether any parts are missing
- Inspect whether any components show visible or structural damage
If you find any missing or damaged parts, please contact our customer service team immediately for assistance.
2. Packaging and product both damaged:
Please take photos of all six sides of the package (including the damaged side and the shipping label),
and also take clear close-up photos showing the exact location and extent of the product damage.
Our customer service team will review the situation and arrange a replacement part or a full product replacement depending on the damage.
3. If you purchased Worry-Free Purchase:
If you need to submit a claim, please check the email address you used when placing your order and look for the policy email from Seel. This email contains your policy ID and coverage details. You can click the “Report a problem” button in the email to access your claim center, then follow the instructions based on the issue you are experiencing.
