T5 Treadmill Suddenly Powers Off

If your T5 Series treadmill suddenly powers off when running at a high speed or when the incline is increased to 30%, and this causes the circuit breaker in your home to trip, please check the treadmill's power connection first.

The T5 Series is equipped with a commercial-grade, high-torque motor. During sudden acceleration or extreme incline workouts, the motor may generate a peak current due to the increased instantaneous power demand.

To ensure stable operation, please follow the power requirements below.

1. Use a dedicated power outlet

Please make sure the treadmill is connected to an independent power outlet/circuit.

• The outlet should be used only for the treadmill.
• Do not share the same circuit with other high-power appliances.
• Make sure the power supply is stable and properly grounded.

Using a dedicated circuit helps ensure that sufficient power is available when the treadmill requires a higher current during sudden acceleration or steep incline operation.

2. Do not use a thin-wire extension cord or power strip

Do not use a low-quality or thin-wire extension cord, power strip, or multi-outlet adapter with the treadmill.

If an extension cord or power strip is necessary, it must meet the following requirements:

• Rated current: 15–20A
• Rated power: 1,800W or higher
• Used exclusively for the treadmill
• Suitable for the treadmill's power requirements

For the safest and most stable operation, we recommend connecting the treadmill directly to a suitable wall outlet whenever possible.

3. Avoid sharing the circuit with other high-power appliances

Please make sure that other high-power appliances are not connected to the same circuit, such as:

• Air conditioners
• Space heaters
• Microwaves
• Washing machines or dryers
• Other exercise equipment
• Other high-power electrical appliances

When the treadmill is accelerating quickly or operating at a steep incline, its motor requires more instantaneous power. If other appliances are using the same circuit, the total electrical load may become too high and cause the household circuit breaker to trip.

4. If the circuit breaker continues to trip

If the treadmill continues to trip your household circuit breaker after confirming that:

• The treadmill is connected to a dedicated power outlet/circuit;
• No other high-power appliances share the circuit;
• The power connection meets the recommended requirements; and
• No thin-wire or unsuitable extension cord/power strip is being used,

please stop using the treadmill and contact YESOUL Customer Support for further assistance.

Please provide the following information to help us diagnose the issue:

• Treadmill model
• Order number
• Speed when the treadmill powered off
• Incline percentage when the issue occurred
• Whether the household circuit breaker tripped
• Whether the treadmill can be powered on again
• Any error code displayed on the screen
