If your R1M PLUS screen data (such as cadence or resistance) is not updating, please follow the steps below:
Step 1 – Check Cable Connections
Inspect the wiring behind the screen to ensure all connections are correct.

Check the cable terminals between the display bracket and the rower frame:
Make sure all terminals are fully plugged in.
Check that cables are not damaged or frayed.
Ensure that all pins inside the terminals are aligned in a straight line.
Step 2 – Verify Data on the YESOUL Fitness App
Open the YESOUL FITNESS app on your phone.
Bind your rower to the app if you haven’t done so already.
Observe whether the app shows normal changes in cadence and resistance while rowing.
Step 3 – Determine Likely Cause
If the app data updates normally but the screen does not:
→ This is likely a cable issue. Please contact customer support to replace the cable.If the app data also does not update:
→ Follow Step 4 below to check the mainboard.
Step 4 – Inspect the Mainboard
Remove the outer cover of the rower to access the mainboard.

Check the mainboard terminals:
Make sure no terminals are dislodged.

Check that all cables are intact and undamaged.
If there are no visible issues but the problem persists:
