Step 1: Check the cables

Please check the cables behind the screen and the two ports to ensure they are properly connected;

Make sure the plugs are firmly inserted and the pins are aligned in a straight line;
After checking, start rowing and see if the data changes.
Step 2: Determine the wiring status
If the data does not change: this indicates a wiring installation issue. Please check the cables again carefully;
If the data changes: the wiring installation is fine, and the issue may be with account registration. Please try registering your account again.
Account registration method:
Scan the QR code on the bike stand to download the app and register an account;
Open a rowing machine class in the app and follow the prompts to connect to your rowing machine;
Before connecting, ensure that Bluetooth on your phone/tablet is turned on and not connected to other devices.
