Since membership subscriptions are handled through third-party platforms such as App Store, Google Play, or PayPal, we, as the app developer, are unable to directly cancel subscriptions or process refunds for you. Subscription payments and management are fully controlled by the platform account you are using, so cancellations must be completed by you.
How to cancel based on your platform:
App Store (iOS users):
Open Settings on your device → Tap your Apple ID → Select Subscriptions.
Find the relevant subscription, tap it, and choose Cancel.

Open the Google Play app → Tap your profile icon in the top-right → Select Payments & Subscriptions → Tap Subscriptions.
Find your subscription, tap it, and choose Cancel.

PayPal:
Log into your PayPal account → Go to Settings → Select Payments → Click Manage Automatic Payments.
Find your subscription and select Cancel.
