Why do I have to “Add Device” every time I open the app?

The app is designed this way: after you “Add Device,” the connection may appear disconnected, but the next step is to go directly into the Courses or Scenic Ride sections, where it will automatically reconnect.

Please try entering a course and see if the device connects automatically. If it does, everything is working as intended.
