1. I purchased a Family Membership, but I cannot add other accounts.
The Yesoul Family Membership does not allow adding existing independent accounts.
Family Membership works by creating sub-accounts under the same main email account.
Only one email is used, and multiple sub-accounts are managed within the same app login.
2. Can I upgrade my personal membership by paying the difference to a Family Membership?
No, direct upgrades are not supported.
If you already have a personal membership, you can purchase a Family Membership separately.
The system does not allow upgrading a personal membership to Family Membership directly.
3. How do I add family members to a Family Membership?
After purchasing the Family Membership, the app provides a guided process to help you add family members.
Alternatively:
Go to the “My” page in the app
Tap the button next to your nickname to add additional users
Each sub-account will have independent training data, health metrics, and workout history.
4. Can family members use the app simultaneously?
The Family Membership does not support multiple users attending membership courses simultaneously
However, simultaneous use of the app for free features or personal workouts is supported
5. How many sub-accounts can be set up for Family Membership
The Family Membership allows up to 4 sub-accounts to be created under one main account.
Each sub-account can have its own profile, personal data, and workout history, but they share the same membership benefits.
