If you are unable to receive the verification code while registering a new account or resetting your password in the YESOUL Fitness App, please follow the steps below:
1. Confirm Your Email Address
- Make sure the letters and capitalization of your email match exactly the email used during registration.
2. Check the “Verification code sent” Message
- If you see the message:
- Check your spam or junk folder to see if the email was delivered there.
- Confirm your email is not a corporate/enterprise email, as some corporate email servers may block verification emails. If necessary, use a personal email address instead.
- If you do NOT see the message:
- We recommend force-closing the app and restarting it before trying to send the verification code again.
3. Add YESOUL to Trusted Contacts
- Add support@yesoulfitness.net to your email’s trusted contacts or whitelist, then try sending the verification code again.
Following these steps should help you successfully receive the verification code and complete your registration or password reset.
