APP Course Guide
To help you choose the most suitable training method, our APP offers several types of courses. You can select based on your fitness goals and preferences:
1. Live Classes
Join real-time sessions led by professional instructors. These classes provide an interactive experience and are ideal if you prefer guided workouts with real-time motivation.
- View Upcoming Schedule
You can browse the list of live classes for the next 7 days (including today) directly in the app. This helps you plan your workouts in advance and stay consistent with your training routine. - Class Booking & Reminders
For any upcoming class that has not yet started, you can select and reserve your spot in advance.
Once booked, you will receive a push notification 10 minutes before the class begins, ensuring you never miss your session. - Real-Time Playback Only
Live classes cannot be paused during the session.
If you join a class after it has already started, the video will automatically jump to the current live timestamp, rather than playing from the beginning.
2. On-Demand Video Classes
Pre-recorded classes that you can start anytime. Perfect for flexible scheduling and consistent daily workouts.
3. Program-Based Courses
Structured training programs designed around specific goals such as fat burning or endurance improvement. Ideal for users with clear fitness objectives.
4. Music Ride
Create your own cycling class by submitting your personal playlist for a more engaging and customized workout experience.
5. Personalized Plan
We offer customized fat-loss programs tailored to your needs. By submitting your goals and preferences, you will receive a personalized training and nutrition plan. During the program, AI support will provide continuous feedback and guidance to help you achieve your fitness goals more effectively.
6. Free Ride
Ride freely without structured guidance. Ideal for casual workouts or self-paced training.
7. Challenge Classes
Goal-oriented workouts designed to keep you motivated and engaged. Perfect for users who enjoy pushing their limits.
Recommendation
If you are unsure which course to start with, we recommend beginning with On-Demand Video Classes or Music Ride (Beginner level), as they are easier to follow and help you gradually adapt to the workout intensity while building a consistent exercise routine.
