The Music Ride feature allows you to create a fully personalized cycling class based on your favorite songs, training style, and workout duration. It makes your workouts more engaging, motivating, and fun.
Follow the steps below to build your own music cycling class.
Step 1: Enter the Creation Page
On the App home page, find the “Music Cycling” section and tap to enter.
Step 2: Customize Your Music Ride Class
You can set up your class in three parts:
1. Choose Your Music
You can import and select music from different sources:
- Custom Music Library
- Official Music Library
- Apple Music
You can mix and match songs to create your ideal riding rhythm.
2. Select Training Type
Choose a workout style based on your fitness goal:
- Full Body – dynamic intensity changes for full-body engagement
- Hill Climb – simulates uphill resistance to build endurance
- Steady Burn – consistent pace for efficient calorie burning
3. Set Workout Duration
Choose the duration that fits your schedule:
- 15 min
- 20 min
- 30 min
- 45 min
- Custom duration
If you are a beginner, 15–30 minutes is recommended.
4. Select Training Difficulty
Choose the difficulty level based on your fitness condition:
- Beginner
- Basic
- Intermediate
- Advanced
- Challenge
Higher difficulty levels will increase resistance and training intensity.
Step 3: Start Your Ride
Once you finish setting up your music, training type, and duration, simply tap “Start Class” to begin your personalized ride.
The system will automatically match your training intensity for a fully immersive experience.
Tips for Better Experience
- Choose music with a clear and steady beat for better rhythm matching
- Longer durations work best for climbing training
- Make sure Apple Music permissions are enabled if you use it as a source
