There are two main types of training programs:

The Personalized Fat Loss Plan provides a fully customized training experience based on individual user needs.This program is ideal for users who want a structured and goal-oriented fat loss journey.

2. Specialized Programs (Themed Courses)
Specialized Programs are curated collections of video-based courses designed for specific user groups and training goals.
These programs provide structured content that users can follow step by step.
Program Categories
Specialized Programs are organized in the following ways:
1) By Latest Release
Courses are displayed based on the most recently added programs.
2) By Training Goal
Programs are grouped according to different fitness objectives, allowing users to select content that matches their needs.
3) By Training Difficulty
Programs are categorized based on intensity and user level, helping users choose suitable training plans.
Important Note
- Courses within a program must be completed in sequence
- If a lesson is not completed, the next lesson cannot be unlocked
This ensures a structured and progressive training experience.
