If your bike screen does not turn on, most issues can be resolved by correctly connecting the cables. Follow the steps below to quickly identify and fix the problem.
Stage 1 – Check Power and Connections
- Home Power Outlet – Make sure the wall socket is supplying power. Test with another device if needed.

Adapter Connection – Ensure the adapter is properly plugged into the bike’s bottom power port.
- If your adapter has an indicator light:
- Light does not turn on → Contact customer service to replace the adapter.
- If your adapter has an indicator light:
- Bike Cables – Make sure all cables are fully inserted, intact, and undamaged.

Observe Blue Light Above the Flywheel – Check if the blue light is on; this indicates whether the bike is receiving power internally.
Stage 2 – Direct Plug Test
- Plug the adapter directly into the back of the screen to test if it powers on.
