Safety first: Always power off and unplug the machine before cleaning or performing any maintenance. Do not use corrosive or solvent-based cleaners.
1. Daily Cleaning
Wipe the frame with a dry or slightly damp cloth to remove sweat and dust.
For the screen, use a soft, dry cloth or a professional screen cloth. Avoid alcohol, gasoline, or other solvents.
2. Screen & Electronics
Regularly check that power and data cables are firmly connected.
Keep the screen area well ventilated.
If the machine will not be used for a long period, unplug it.
Keep software/firmware up to date.
3. Key Component Checks (Weekly)
Check and tighten screws on pedals, saddle, and handlebars.
Inspect pedal straps and saddle surface for wear; replace worn parts promptly.
4. Lubrication & Basic Care (Every 3–6 months)
Apply a small amount of lubricant to drivetrain/rotating parts every 3–6 months as needed.
Avoid using or storing the machine in humid environments.
5. Deep Maintenance (Every 6 months)
Remove dust from the machine housing and ventilation openings.
Ensure the back of the screen has adequate airflow.
If unused for a long time, cover the unit with a dust cover.
6. Warranty Reminder
Damage caused by improper maintenance or misuse may not be covered under warranty. Please read the user manual carefully and follow the recommended maintenance procedures.
