Troubleshooting – G1M Plus Noise & Instability Issues

1. Pedal Noise

Cause: Pedal not installed properly, damaged, or crank stripped.
Solution:

• Reinstall the pedal correctly.

• If the pedal cannot be securely locked, contact customer support for assistance.

2. Upright Post Looseness

Cause: Upright post bolts not tightened.
Solution:

• Tighten the upright post bolts to prevent looseness.

3. Screen Shake

Cause: Front frame (head) bolts not tightened.
Solution:

• Inspect and tighten the front frame bolts to stabilize the screen.

4. Flywheel Noise

Cause: Damaged flywheel bearing.
Solution:

• Replace the bearing.

• If the bearing cannot be repaired, contact customer support for replacement.

5. Frame Shake / Noise

Cause: Front or rear feet not fully contacting the floor.
Solution:

• Adjust the height of the front and rear foot pads to ensure the frame is stable and level.

6. Bottom Bracket (Crank) Bearing Noise

Cause: Damaged bottom bracket bearing (identification: both pedals produce the same noise; one noise per rotation).
Solution:

• Replace the bottom bracket bearing.
