If there is no sound from the Max rear speaker, this is usually because the rear speaker has not been successfully paired with the front speaker. This issue can be easily resolved by completing the correct pairing process.
1. Before You Begin
-
To allow the rear speaker to produce sound, the front speaker must be paired with the rear speaker first.
Please make sure:
Both the front and rear speakers are in good condition with no visible damage;
All cables are firmly connected to the correct ports and are not loose.
How Pairing Works
Pressing the front speaker button twice OR the rear speaker button twice can be used to pair or unpair the speakers — either button works.
Understanding the Light Status
Rear speaker light flashing
→ The speakers are not paired.
→ Press the front speaker button twice or the rear speaker button twice to pair them.-
Rear speaker light solid
→ The speakers are already paired.
→ Pressing either button twice again will unpair the speakers, and the rear light will return to flashing.

3.Step-by-Step Troubleshooting
1. Check the Indicator Lights First
Start by observing the indicator lights on both the front speaker and rear speaker. The light status will tell you whether the speakers are paired.
• If the rear speaker light is FLASHING
This means the front and rear speakers are not paired yet.
You can pair the speakers by pressing the front speaker button twice OR the rear speaker button twice — either button will trigger the pairing process.
Wait until the rear speaker light turns SOLID and you hear a confirmation beep.
This indicates the pairing between the front and rear speakers is complete.
2. Confirm the Front Speaker Mode
After the rear speaker light becomes solid, check the front speaker indicator:
-
If the front speaker light is still flashing,
Press the front speaker button once
This will switch the speaker to audio mode and finalize the connection.
Once completed, sound should play normally from the rear speaker.
