Non-genuine cables may have compatibility or stability issues.
Step 2. Check connectors
Ensure the connectors on your phone or iPad are clean and free of dust.
If using a protective case, remove it to prevent poor contact and signal interference.
Step 3. Test with another device
Connect another phone or iPad to rule out device compatibility issues.
Step 4. Check adapter and power input
Ensure the adapter is genuine and the input power meets specifications.
Verify the phone battery is above 30%; charge if necessary.
