Troubleshooting – Screen Flickering or Black Screen

Possible Causes

Cause 1: Insufficient Phone Battery Power

The screen casting cable is powered directly by your mobile phone. This design allows the cable to work without an external power supply while ensuring stable signal transmission.

If your phone’s battery level is too low, the power supply may become unstable, which can cause:

• Screen flickering

• Black screen

• Unstable or interrupted display

Cause 2: Speaker Pressing the Screen Control Buttons

The screen control buttons are located along the lower edge of the screen. If the speaker is installed too close to the screen, it may accidentally press these buttons during use, leading to:

• Screen flashing

• Unresponsive buttons

• Unexpected resets

Troubleshooting Steps

Step 1: Fully Charge Your Phone

• Please fully charge your phone before starting screen casting

• A low battery level may cause unstable power delivery to the casting cable

Step 2: Adjust the Speaker Position

Suggested solution

• Slightly lower the position of the speaker

• Leave a small gap between the speaker and the bottom edge of the screen

• Ensure the speaker does not touch or press the screen control buttons during use

In many cases, this adjustment fully resolves the issue.

• Proper phone battery level and correct speaker placement are essential for stable operation
