This issue requires a firmware upgrade. Please follow the steps below carefully:
1. Prepare a smartphone that has not been updated to iOS 18, as iOS 18 is currently not supported.
2. Use your phone’s camera to scan the QR code (do not connect the phone to the screen at this stage).
Make sure the phone’s system version is below iOS 18 (e.g., iOS 17).
3. After scanning, a webpage will automatically open.
Wait for the webpage to fully load before proceeding (still do not connect the phone to the screen).
4. Now, connect the phone to the screen using a data cable.
Since this phone is running a version lower than iOS 18, it can enter casting mode normally.
5. Once connected, tap the “Start Upgrade” button on the webpage.
6. Wait until both progress bars finish loading.
During this process, do not disconnect the device or perform any other operations.
7. When the upgrade is complete, the device will automatically return to the casting screen.
8. At this point, phones running iOS 18 can also cast to the screen normally.
