Step 1. Confirm Your Bike Model

External Battery Models,Such as the S1
Replace the battery and ensure it is fully charged.

Non-External Battery Models
The green light is the Bluetooth indicator.
Only when the green light is steady on is Bluetooth properly connected.
Step 2. Check Mainboard Power
Verify the mainboard is powered and check the power indicator light (blue).
Scenarios:
Blue light ON, green light OFF → Device is powered, but the mainboard may be malfunctioning. Contact customer service for a mainboard replacement.

Blue light OFF → Check the following components:
Is the power outlet working?
Is the power adapter functioning (check if its indicator light is on)?

Is the mainboard power cable and connector securely connected, with no looseness?
Step 3. Check App Pairing
Pedal the bike to wake up the mainboard.

Open the YESOULfiteness app and follow the bike connection instructions to pair with the mainboard.

Step 4. Mainboard Damage
If all above checks are normal, the mainboard power section may be damaged.

Contact customer service (You can submit your request here: Submit a service ticket)to arrange a mainboard replacement.
Please also provide the following information:
The product SN number (located on the label between the two front and rear stabilizer tubes of the bike)

Photos or videos related to the troubleshooting issue
