The bike control board is not responding
Bluetooth is not enabled on your phone
-
The bike is already connected to another device

- Turn on Bluetooth on your phone.
- Make sure location permission is enabled (required for Android).
- Open the YESOUL app and search for your bike again.
-
⚠️ Important: Do NOT connect the bike directly through phone settings—only connect via the app.
Check Phone Bluetooth
- The bike can only connect to one device at a time.
- Reset the bike according to the user manual.
-
If the green light on the bike is solid (not blinking), it indicates that the Bluetooth is already connected to another device. Please disconnect that device first before attempting to pair.
