Ensure all speaker cables are securely connected and properly inserted.
Try re-plugging the connections to confirm.
Step 2. Check Speaker Volume
Make sure the volume knob is not turned off or set too low.
Adjust the volume to an audible level.
Step 3. Confirm Bluetooth Mode
Ensure the speaker is not connected to any third-party device via Bluetooth.
Step 4. Test Speaker with Another Device

Connect the speaker to another device (e.g., laptop) to check for sound output.
If sound is still abnormal, the speaker may be faulty. Contact customer service for a replacement.

Step 5. Check Screen Audio Settings

Make sure the screen is not in mute mode and the audio output settings are correct.
If using screen mirroring, connect the projection cable and enter the screen settings menu:
Ensure audio output mode is not muted.
