Troubleshooting – Seat Rail Cannot Be Fixed

Step 1: Check the knob thread

• Verify if the knob can be properly tightened.

• If the thread is damaged, please contact customer service to replace the knob.

• If the thread is misaligned, fully unscrew the knob and then screw it back in (turn clockwise to tighten, counterclockwise to loosen).

Step 2: Check the internal sliding piece

• Pry open the decorative cover and check whether the sliding piece inside is tightly fitted against the tube wall.

• If it is not properly fitted, please contact customer service to replace the sliding piece.

Step 3: Re-secure

• Adjust the knob again and check whether the seat rail is now firmly fixed.
