Troubleshooting – Unable to Play Netflix on the Screen

Issue

• The Netflix app can be displayed and opened on the screen, but due to copyright restrictions, Netflix videos cannot be played directly.

Root Cause

• After investigation with our technical team, we confirmed that some streaming platforms (such as Netflix and Disney+) block video content from being mirrored to non-certified devices for copyright protection.

• This restriction is imposed by the streaming service providers and is not related to the bike’s hardware.

• Apps like YouTube are not affected and can be played normally.

Solution

• Our technical team has tested and verified a workable solution.

• To watch Netflix on the screen, you can use a third-party streaming device (such as Chromecast, Fire TV Stick, or Roku Streaming Stick).

• Note: If your product screen uses a Type-C port on the back, you will also need a Type-C to HDMI adapter cable that supports DP (DisplayPort). Simply connect the streaming device to the screen using this adapter cable.
