Troubleshooting – Screen Blackout, Dim Screen, Flickering, or Partial Shadows

If you encounter the above issues on your screen, follow these steps:

1. Check the Speaker

   • Confirm whether your speaker is functioning properly.

   • If the speaker works normally, proceed to step 2.

2. Restart the Screen

   • Try restarting the screen.

   • If the problem persists, contact customer service to replace the screen.

3. If Screen is Black and Speaker Has No Power

   • Connect the adapter directly to the screen:

     • If the display appears: The connection between the mainboard and screen may be interrupted. Check and complete the wiring connection.

     • If the display does not appear: The screen is likely damaged.

       

4. Contact Customer Service

   • Arrange for screen replacement.
