When using the screen casting function, you can switch the audio output depending on the device type. Below are detailed steps for two common scenarios.
Scenario 1 – Switching Audio Output on iOS Devices
Step 1 – Open Control Center
On iPhone or iPad, swipe down from the top-right corner (Face ID devices) or up from the bottom of the screen (Touch ID devices).
The Control Center will show the current media playback and control options.
Step 2 – Open the Audio Output Menu
Tap the audio source button in the top-right corner of the playback window (usually shown as a small triangle or speaker icon).
A list of available audio outputs will appear, such as the iPhone/iPad speaker, headphones, or the connected casting device.
Step 3 – Select Desired Audio Output
From the list, choose the audio output device you want.
The system will immediately switch audio playback to the selected device.
Scenario 2 – Switching Audio Output on Huawei Devices

On Huawei phones or tablets, swipe down from the top of the screen to open the status bar.
The status bar will display current audio playback information and control options.

A list of available audio outputs will pop up, including the device’s own speaker, Bluetooth headphones, or the casting device.
Step 3 – Select Desired Audio Output

The system will automatically switch audio playback to the chosen device.
