Step 1. Confirm phone compatibility
Ensure your phone supports DP output (DisplayPort over USB-C). Phones without DP function cannot use the casting feature.

Only 13 Ultra, Xiaomi 14 series, Fold3 are supported

Generally not supported
Honor:

Honor 70, Magic7 series, 100 Pro, Magic6 Pro, X30
Always use the original casting cable.
Step 2. Check and clean phone port
Make sure the port is clean and free of dust or oxidation.
If using a protective case, remove it to ensure proper contact.
Step 3. Test with another phone
If casting works with a different phone → the original phone port may be faulty or restricted by the phone system. Consider using another phone.
If the issue persists → the casting cable may be faulty, proceed to Step 4.
Step 4. Test with another casting cable
Replace with the original casting cable.
If the issue is resolved → the previous cable was faulty.
If the issue persists → the screen may have a hardware problem,
