Possible Causes
A treadmill belt may slip or move off-center due to differences in tension between the left and right tension rollers.
The belt will naturally move toward the side with lower tension.
To fix this issue, you need to adjust the belt tension on both sides until it runs smoothly and stays centered.
Tools Needed
-
Use the L-type hexagon wrench #6 (A) that comes with your treadmill.
Important Notes Before Adjustment
Clockwise rotation of the belt adjustment bolt tightens the belt.
Counterclockwise rotation of the bolt loosens the belt.

I. Adjustment Method
-
Belt deviates to the left
Turn the left bolt clockwise, or
Turn the right bolt counterclockwise.
-
Belt deviates to the right
Turn the right bolt clockwise, or
Turn the left bolt counterclockwise.
-
Check for belt slippage
After adjustment, run the treadmill at 3 km/h to check for belt slippage.
If slippage persists, repeat minor adjustments until the belt runs normally.
II. Adjustment Details
Counterclockwise adjustment: Rotate 1/4 turn each time.
-
Clockwise adjustment: Rotate 1/4 turn each time.
III. Precautions
Over-tightening the belt may:
Significantly shorten the belt’s service life.
Cause further damage to components such as the motor or rollers.
Note: Always make minor adjustments gradually and observe the result.
Avoid large one-time adjustments
