Issue:
Customer reports an E19 error on the treadmill. This may relate to the incline adjustment mechanism or the running belt operation.
Safety Reminder:
Before disassembling any treadmill parts to inspect internal wiring, please ensure the treadmill is completely powered off and wait at least 5 minutes to ensure complete power discharge.

How to Remove the Motor Cover – Video Guide
Tip for removing hot-melt glue on the cable terminal :
Apply a small amount of alcohol to the hot-melt glue, then carefully remove it with pliers.
Step 1 – Preliminary Check
Confirm whether the incline adjustment buttons and running belt can operate normally.
Step 2 – If the Incline Buttons Work, but the Belt Does Not Start
Perform incline calibration:
Remove the safety key.
Press and hold the Incline Down button and Speed 8 button simultaneously for 3–5 seconds until a long beep sounds.
Re-insert the safety key.
The treadmill motor will automatically perform a complete incline calibration cycle.
-
Check if the error is cleared.
If cleared → treadmill should function normally.
If not cleared → proceed to Step 2.
Step 3 – If Incline Buttons Do Not Work and Belt Cannot Start
Unplug the treadmill and ensure it is completely powered off for at least 5 minutes.
Open the motor cover (refer to the attached video).
Locate the terminal indicated by the green arrow in the diagram.
-
Carefully reconnect the terminal:
The terminal may have glue applied during production.
Clean the terminal with a cloth slightly dampened with alcohol to soften the glue before reconnecting.
After reconnecting the terminal, power on the treadmill and perform the incline calibration as described in Step 1.
-
Check if the treadmill operates normally.
-
If still abnormal → consider control board failure or linear actuator (incline motor) failure.
-
Solution / Recommendation:
In most cases, restarting the treadmill after unplugging it from the power outlet resolves the E19 error.
