Tip for removing hot-melt glue on the cable terminal :
Apply a small amount of alcohol to the hot-melt glue, then carefully remove it with pliers.
Step-by-Step Troubleshooting
Step 1: Check the motor terminal connections
Power off the treadmill.
Remove the motor cover.
Remove the hot-melt glue from the white cable terminals and reconnect them carefully.
Next:
Power on the treadmill and check if the belt responds.
If the issue is resolved, no further steps are needed.
If the problem persists, continue to Step 2.
Step 2: Inspect the internal terminals of the Console ASM
Power off the treadmill.
Remove the screws at the bottom of the Console ASM.
Check the internal cables for any damage, looseness, or disconnections.
Reconnect all terminals at the top of the Console ASM securely.
Step 3: Check the cables from Console ASM to the base of the treadmill upright

Check the connecting cables between the console components for damage.

Inspect the connection cable between the Console ASM and the upright for any damage.

Inspect the cable running between the treadmill’s upright base and the controller beneath the motor cover for any signs of damage.

Ensure that all pin connectors in the terminals are aligned horizontally.

If any cable is damaged, contact customer support for replacement.
