Important Safety Notice
Before performing any inspection, unplug the treadmill from the power outlet and wait at least 5 minutes to ensure complete power discharge.

Tip for removing hot-melt glue:
Apply a small amount of alcohol to the hot-melt glue, then carefully remove it with pliers.
Troubleshooting Steps
1. Check Screen Connection and Console Buttons

Make sure the cables behind the screen are connected correctly.
- Check whether the buttons and knobs on the treadmill console are functioning normally.
- Check the speaker button light:
- If the light is off, press the button to see if it can light up.
If all console buttons work normally and the speaker button lights up:
→ The screen is likely faulty. Please contact customer service to replace the screen.
If the above condition is NOT met, continue with internal wiring checks below.
2. Check Internal Treadmill Cables
A. Check cables between console and handrails
Please inspect the following:
- Whether the cables are properly installed
- Whether any cable is damaged or broken

Open the terminal to check if any pin is bent
B. Check cables of the bottom controller
- open the motor cover to access the internal components.Make sure the device is powered off and unplugged before performing this step.
Under the motor cover, you will see a black box.
This black box is the power supply unit that provides power to the screen.

Check the cables connected to the black power box.
Make sure the cables are firmly connected and not loose;Inspect whether there is any visible damage, wear, or breakage on the cable.
Note:If any abnormal condition is found with the cables above, please contact customer support to request a cable replacement.
C. Reconnect the Console ASM Internal Terminal
If all the cables above appear normal but the screen still cannot be powered on, please proceed with the following steps:
1.Power off and unplug the treadmill.
2.Remove the screws at the bottom of the Console ASM.
3.Unplug and reconnect the internal terminal connector.
4.Restart the treadmill and check whether the issue is resolved.
Solution
- After completing all the above steps, restart the treadmill and check whether the screen works normally.
- If the screen still cannot turn on, please submit a service ticket for further assistance.
