If your T3S Plus treadmill does not start, please follow the steps below to help identify the issue:

Take a photo of the back of the treadmill display screen.

Check the two connection cables on the right upright post.
Ensure the connectors are properly aligned
Make sure they are fully inserted and securely fastened

Inspect the main control board:
Carefully remove the cover located beneath the display (near the water bottle holder)
Check whether the blue indicator light on the main control board is illuminated

Test the treadmill controls:
When pressing the buttons on the handrail, does the treadmill belt respond?
Does the speaker knob light turn on?
