Tip for removing hot-melt glue on the cable terminal :
Apply a small amount of alcohol to the hot-melt glue, then carefully remove it with pliers.

The E4 error code is usually related to one of the following parts:
The motor
The controller
The cable between the motor and the console
If your treadmill shows the E4 code and you can hear abnormal noise coming from the motor, this means the motor is damaged.
Please contact customer service to replace the motor.
Troubleshooting Steps
Open the motor cover before starting the checks below.

Reconnect the terminal above the Controller
Unplug and reconnect the white terminal located above the controller..

Restart the treadmill to check if the problem is solved.
Note: After removing the black box, it will be easier to see and access this terminal.

Check the motor connection cable

Inspect whether the motor connection cable has any damage or breakage.

Check the motor condition
Try to rotate the motor by hand to see whether it can move.
If the motor cannot be rotated, the motor is damaged and needs to be replaced.
Solution
After completing the above operations, restart the treadmill and confirm whether it can work normally.
