Issue:
Customer reports an E11 error on the T3 treadmill, possibly caused by insufficient power supply.
Root Cause:
Multiple devices connected to the same power outlet can lead to insufficient power supply.
Using extension cords or power strips may limit current supply.
The treadmill’s normal running power is approximately 2000W, which may trigger E11 errors if the supply is unstable.
Troubleshooting Steps:
Step 1 – Isolate the Treadmill Power
Disconnect all other devices from the same power outlet.
Plug the treadmill directly into a fixed wall outlet (avoid extension cords or power strips).
Step 2 – Power Cycle the Treadmill
Turn off the treadmill.
Wait 10–15 seconds.
Turn it back on and observe if the E11 error persists.
Step 3 – Record Video Evidence (if error persists)
-
Record a short video showing:
The treadmill plugged into the outlet
The E11 error occurring
Any other devices connected to the same outlet
Send the video to customer support for further analysis.
Solution / Recommendation:
In most cases, restarting the treadmill after unplugging it from the power outlet resolves the E11 error.
