Important Safety Notice
If disassembly is required during troubleshooting, please make sure the treadmill is powered off and unplugged for at least 5 minutes before proceeding. This is very important for your safety.
Troubleshooting Steps
1. Minor Noise (Low Volume)
If the noise is:
Low in volume
Regular and consistent
This may be caused by normal friction or wear during operation.
In most cases, this type of noise does not affect normal use and is considered acceptable.
2. Loud Noise (“Clicking” or “Clacking” Sounds)
If the noise is:
Loud and sharp
Intermittent “clicking” or “clacking” sounds
This may indicate a potential issue with the motor or internal mechanical components.
🔍 These sounds require closer inspection and may involve repair or replacement of related parts.
3. Friction Noise Check
If the noise sounds like continuous rubbing or scraping, please follow the steps below:
① Check whether the running deck is securely fixed and whether the side rails are installed correctly
② Remove the side rails and check if the four fixing screws are fully tightened
③ Check whether the front end of the running deck is rubbing against the side rails or other components
