Troubleshooting Steps
1. Check the cables behind the screen
Ensure that all cables behind the screen are properly connected and intact.

If any cable is damaged or loose, please contact customer service to request a replacement cable.
2. Check if your phone can connect to the treadmill via Bluetooth in the app
Open the official app and try to search for the treadmill’s Bluetooth device.
If the treadmill cannot be found via Bluetooth, please contact customer service to replace the control board.
3. Check whether the app and the screen data update correctly
After binding the treadmill in the app, start a workout using “Free Workout” mode.

Observe whether the data in the app updates properly during exercise.
